Payment Policy
The main store controls the real order; this checkout center controls the payment session and verified payment status.

Order creation
Every order starts on the LUXE EDIT main store. The main store confirms the real products, quantities, discounts, shipping, tax, address, currency and final amount before it requests a checkout session.
Locked checkout summary
A valid time-limited link presents a locked order summary. The checkout center does not accept browser-supplied prices and does not allow a customer to create an arbitrary-amount order.
Payment handling
Payment credentials are collected through approved provider-hosted components. LUXE EDIT does not directly store a complete card number, CVC, PIN or magnetic-stripe data.
Confirmation
A browser redirect or success query parameter is not proof of payment. Payment is marked complete only after a verified server webhook is processed, the amount and currency match, and the status is synchronized to the original WooCommerce order.
Failure, cancellation and retry
Failed, cancelled or expired payments do not create a duplicate main-store order. An eligible retry reuses the original order and creates a new payment attempt. An older checkout token becomes invalid when the order changes or a new token is created.
Refunds and disputes
Verified refund and dispute events are recorded against the original payment and synchronized to the main-store order. Cumulative refunds cannot exceed the confirmed paid amount.
