Returns and after-sales support remain attached to the original main-store order.

14-day returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, protective materials, accessories and original packaging intact.
For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact support before sending an item back.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method. Partial and full refunds will be recorded against the original order; cumulative refunds cannot exceed the amount paid.
The payment provider notifies this checkout center of the refund, and the verified status is synchronized back to the WooCommerce order. A browser page alone never creates a refund record.
